In recent Google professional development sessions with teachers, I have heard a common question: What can I do with a response in a Google Sheet from a Google Form that has a lot of text?.
I made a video, which answers the question. You have choices and the video describes the choices to include formatting within the Google Sheet and a Google Sheet Add-on (Save as doc).
